All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@glozya.ca, and we’ll make it right!

You can choose:

Replacement Shipment – We will send the correct item and provide a free return label for the incorrect product.
Full Refund – If a replacement is not preferred, we may issue a full refund while allowing you to keep the incorrect item.

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging.

Returning an Item – Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes preferences change! If you decide to return an item, we offer flexible options:

📌 Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@glozya.ca.
📌 The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all packaging.
📌 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but first-time returns get a 50% discount on return shipping(we’ll cover half!).
📌 A 15% restocking fee applies, but you can choose store credit instead to waive this fee.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email support@glozya.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide Order Details – Share your order number and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
3️⃣ Wait for Approval – Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
4️⃣ Ship the Item – Use a trackable shipping service for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless eligible for a discount).
5️⃣ Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) or offer store credit/exchange if applicable.
