Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Items must be unworn, undamaged, free of scent or make-up residue, and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached. Returns postmarked after the 30-day window will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

How to Start a Return

Email support@glozya.ca within the 30-day window with (a) your order number, (b) the item(s) you wish to return, and (c) the reason for return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not ship a return without an RA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Address

Mail pre-authorized returns to: Glozya Jewellery, Attn: Returns, PO Box 30573, RPO Stevenson King, Oshawa, Ontario L1J 8L8, Canada. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. As a goodwill gesture, we offer a 50% discount on return shipping for your first return — we will email you a discount code redeemable through Canada Post after your RA is issued. Subsequent returns are shipped at the customer's full expense.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund for all non-defective returns to cover inspection, cleaning, and re-packaging. The restocking fee does not apply to returns caused by our error or to items confirmed defective by our quality team.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your statement. Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars for the item price less any applicable restocking fee; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email support@glozya.ca within 30 days of delivery with photographs. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice. The 15% restocking fee does not apply to these returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items in our Flash Sale collection or otherwise clearly marked as final sale on the product page, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders. All other returns must meet the condition requirements stated in the 30-Day Return Window section above.
