The letter D has two joints that must read seamlessly: where the curve meets the vertical bar at the top, and where it meets again at the bottom. A welded D shows visible joints at both points; that is how you can spot a cheap letter pendant from across a room. Our D is single-piece pressed from one sheet of metal, then the rose gold plating is laid down across the entire surface.
