The challenge with rose gold and enamel jewelry isn't the design, it's the manufacturing sequence. Rose gold plating is heat-sensitive, and enamel cures at 800 degrees, which means most factories plate after the enamel cures, leaving the inside of the cavity unplated. We plate before enamel pouring, then use a heat-resistant rose gold formula that survives the enamel-curing temperature, which is what gives our pieces consistent color from the outside surface to the bottom of the enamel cavity.
