A 3D puffy heart is technically harder to manufacture than a flat embossed heart. Deep-drawing requires multiple progressive die stages where each stage stretches the metal a fraction further into the dome shape; rush the process and the metal tears at the heart-tip vertex. Our solution is a 4-stage deep-draw process that gradually shapes the dome with calibrated metal flow between stages, then the entire piece is mirror-polished after formation.
