A 3D puffy heart is technically harder to manufacture than a flat embossed heart. Deep-drawing requires multiple progressive die stages where each stage stretches the metal a fraction further into the dome shape; rush the process and the metal tears at the heart-tip vertex. Our solution is a 4-stage deep-draw process that gradually shapes the dome with calibrated metal flow between stages, then the entire piece is mirror-polished after formation. The 316L stainless steel material is the same medical-grade alloy used in our Stainless Steel CZ Heart Pendant Necklace and our Heart Link Bracelet, which means there is no plating layer to wear thin and no nickel content to irritate sensitive skin.
