Chain link stud earrings gold-finished as a stud post mount with a 4.5cm vertical drop of elongated oval chain links: each link individually pressed, polished, and welded into sequential connections. A chain-as-design earring is harder to manufacture than a chain-with-charm earring because every visible link has to look identical: any link smaller, larger, or twisted differently than its neighbors breaks the chain visual. Our solution: each oval link is individually die-pressed from a single piece of metal (not bent wire that shows a weld seam), then welded to the next link at a 90-degree rotation from the previous so the chain has uniform twist throughout. The stud post is welded to the top link with a 0.5mm reinforced gauge (vs. 0.3mm fashion-typical) because the post bears the full 8g earring weight at a single point of attachment.
