Pearl drop congo earrings gold-finished as a compact congo hoop with a single classic round imitation pearl suspended below, 2.5cm total drop length, 3g per pair. A pearl-on-congo at compact scale (3g, 2.5cm) requires the same articulated pin construction as larger pearl earrings or the pearl reads as rigidly welded to the hoop, which kills the elegance. Our compact pearl is suspended from the congo hoop via a 0.3mm articulated pin, scaled down from the same construction in our Pearl Drop Hoop Earrings but proportioned for a smaller hoop and lighter pearl. The articulation lets the pearl swing freely with head motion while the congo hoop stays still against the lobe, exactly the way a fine-jewelry pearl earring should move.
